MY FAVORITE RECIIPES

PUMPKIN SPICE PARFAITS

1 small package of pumpkin spice instant pudding mix(this is a seasonal item)
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened
Graham cracker crumbs
Fancy glasses(how many will depend on the size of the glass you are using)

Super easy and super good!  If you like pumpkin cheesecake, I'm pretty sure you will like this as well.

Blend the pudding according to the package instructions and set aside.  Blend the cream cheese until creamy. Now add the pudding  to the cream cheese and mix well.  Beginning with the graham cracker crumbs, begin layering the graham cracker crumbs and the pudding mixture until you reach the top of the glass.  Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, some sprinkles of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick.  You could also use ginger snaps, or nilla wafers in between your layers, and garnish with a cookie.

BISQUICK DANISH
1/4 cup margarine, or 1/4 cup butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 cups bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup of any flavor preserves

GLAZE
2/3 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon warm water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Beat all ingreidents until smooth.

Another easy recipe that is really good.  mix margarine, bisquick, and sugar until crumbly. Using a fork, stir in milk until dough forms and beat 15 strokes. Drop by teaspoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.  Make a shallow well into each danish using the back of a spoon and fill with 1 teaspoon of the preserves.  Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool to a warm temp and drizzle the icing over the top of each danish.
I added a bit more preserves after they cooled for a bit.  Seems like the preserves melt away in the oven.
